Danny Kradjian
As Principal and Founder of Hillock Land Company, Danny Kradjian has led the firm, since its inception in 2014, with a commitment to delivering long-term value to the developments the firm creates, the project teams and financial partners with which it collaborates, and the communities in which it works.
Immersed in Los Angeles real estate for over a decade and with a deep passion for the industry and the built environment, Danny directs each of the company’s acquisitions and oversees all aspects of the development process. With detailed knowledge of the markets and each stage of the development life cycle, Danny has built a strong reputation for finding imaginative solutions to challenging sites, underwriting and structuring complex joint-ventures and capital structures, and successfully furthering the entitlement process, planning development, and construction of the company’s projects.
Danny is a graduate of the University of Southern California (Magna Cum Laude), where he majored in International Relations and Global Business, and minored in Entrepreneurship. He remains actively involved with USC, where he currently serves on the Dornsife College Alumni Advisory Council, is a frequent guest lecturer, and participates as a student mentor through the University’s mentorship programs. Danny also serves on the Board of Directors of the Old Pasadena Management District, is a member of the Urban Land Institute, where he is involved in the Los Angeles chapter’s Young Leaders Group, and is a member of the Congress for the New Urbanism.

Nathan Flores
Nathan Flores is the Founder of Luminor Properties and serves as a Project Partner with Hillock Land Company, where he has spearheaded the co-development of multiple of the firm’s mixed-use and multifamily projects. The two firms have partnered to develop over $75 million of real estate, including developments Magnolia Nineteen, 11NoHo, and Oakwood. Through a highly collaborative development process and a shared mission of delivering impactful buildings, the firms jointly selected each site, established the development vision, and facilitated the successful approval, financing, and construction oversight of each project.
Nathan holds a Masters in Real Estate Development from New York University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University. He became involved in Los Angeles real estate as an undergraduate at LMU, where he recognized the rapid expansion of Silicon Beach and saw an opportunity to implement his passion for real estate and capitalize on the growth of the submarket. Over the next few years, Nathan successfully led the complete renovation, redesign, and disposition of three distinct luxury properties in Playa Vista.
With his unique experience, attention to finish detail, and an understanding of constructing buildings inside-out, Nathan has added significant value to the design, branding, and execution of each collaborative development.
