Danny Kradjian is the Principal and Founder of Hillock Company, a Los Angeles-based housing developer focused on creating market-rate, workforce, and mixed-income multifamily communities across Southern California.

Since founding the firm, Danny has directed all aspects of the development process in delivering award-winning residential projects, establishing a track record of successful execution in complex urban environments. He has cultivated strong relationships with capital partners, mission-driven housing organizations, project teams, and the broader community to structure and deliver housing projects that serve residents of all income levels.

Immersed in the industry for over a decade, Danny has built a strong reputation for identifying creative solutions to challenging sites, structuring complex capital arrangements, and successfully guiding the Company’s projects through entitlement, construction, and stabilization.

Danny received his Master in Real Estate, with Distinction, from Harvard University. Upon graduation, he was recognized with the Award for Academic Excellence in Real Estate and the Ferdinand Colloredo-Mansfeld Prize for Superior Achievement in Real Estate Studies. He holds a B.A. magna cum laude in International Relations and Global Business from the University of Southern California. Danny is a member of the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board and serves on the USC Dornsife College Alumni Advisory Council, where he helped establish Dornsife’s Alumni Mentorship Program. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Old Pasadena Management District and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
